4. Data Protection
We comply with data protection laws including the IT Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), as well as the GDPR (for EU clients). By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.
5. Payment and Fees

Service fees are agreed upon before work begins and are exclusive of taxes unless specified.
Payment Terms:

Refunds:

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, JVK Technologies is not liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, opportunities) arising from our Services or Website use.
- Errors in Deliverables resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.
- Outcomes of third-party processes (e.g., patent approvals, PhD admissions).
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or liabilities that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify JVK Technologies for any damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The decision will be final and binding.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend services for non-payment or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh.
11. Miscellaneous
Severability:
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
Entire Agreement:

Waiver:

Assignment:
