contractual obligations. After the completion of an engagement, working material may be securely
archived for a limited period to allow for follow-up queries, and then deleted unless retention is
required by law.

is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your material using
access controls, confidentiality practices and secure communication channels.

- Limitation of liability — JVK Technologies is not responsible for delays or
outcomes controlled by third parties, including journals, patent offices or admission bodies.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except where liability cannot be
excluded under law.
- Disputes and governing law — Disputes are governed by Indian law. Arbitration,
where required, will be handled in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh, India under applicable arbitration law.
