Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging JVK Technologies for services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to agree to these terms.

Services and delivery

Services, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed before work begins. Clients must provide accurate and timely information. Reasonable revisions may be included according to the agreed scope; additional revisions can require extra fees.

Intellectual property

JVK Technologies retains ownership of proprietary methods and materials. Client-specific deliverables belong to the client after full payment unless a written agreement states otherwise. Clients must ensure that materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights.

Data protection

JVK Technologies handles client information for service delivery and communication. The business aims to follow applicable Indian data protection rules, including the IT Act 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and relevant privacy obligations for international clients where applicable.

Payments and refunds

Fees are agreed before work begins and are exclusive of taxes unless specified. Completed work is not normally refundable, though partial refunds may be reviewed at the discretion of JVK Technologies.

Limitation of liability

JVK Technologies is not responsible for delays or outcomes controlled by third parties, including journals, patent offices or admission bodies. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except where liability cannot be excluded under law.

Disputes and governing law

Disputes are governed by Indian law. Arbitration, where required, will be handled in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh, India under applicable arbitration law.
